There are free add-ons for phones, tablets, and computers that let you reduce blue light from your screen before bedtime. There are even automatic circadian light adjusting systems that will shift your screenâs light from morning to night.

Your home office is a great space to reflect your personality. You can celebrate work and other accomplishments with mementos on display. You can include pieces that delight, inspire, or calm you. You can paint the room a relaxing blue or green or a cheerful yellowâjust as long as itâs low or no VOC paint! If painting isnât an option, you can add color with accessories. The key is to have your office reflect your personality so that youâll enjoy spending many hours working there.
Another option for personal expression is a blackboard or whiteboard. You can use it for doodling, inspiration, memory minders, short-form journaling, or writing love notes to yourself or your partner.
If you have a choice of where to set up your workspace at home, consider a spot with easy access to the outdoors. Anywhere you can take five minutes to enjoy the sunshine on your face, a view to nature, or just a break from being inside can be restorative.
